UPDATE FOR 2013

It has been quite some time since TKO has popped up in the blog world but that's only because we've been busy cranking out records, hosting in-store performances and making ritual sacrifices to the vinyl gods. We are now ready to make these updates occur more than once a year and start by catching everybody up on what was, is and what shall be at TKO.

One of the most recent and exciting developments at TKO is the release of the Vicious Circle LP, which for those unaware was the group Orange County madman Jack Grisham led with Todd Barnes before the two went on to form TSOL. Known for their violent escapades and self-destructive behavior, the band managed to hold on to a single practice tape that TKO had meticulously restored and remastered to properly shed light on this volatile piece of punk rock history. The LP comes with a 40-minute DVD where frontman Jack Grisham himself regales you with the tales of mayhem that defined Vicious Circle.

In addition to unearthing these unheard Vicious Circle recordings, TKO has released reissue vinyl for seminal doom metal band The Obsessed (featuring a young Scott "Wino" Weinrich) and their debut 7" as well as brand new releases for bands such as Lars Fredriksen's latest project The Old Firm Casuals.

You might be thinking, what's next for TKO? The next installment of the Poison Idea "Kings Of Punk" series and unreleased TSOL material are the tasty treats on the vinyl horizon.
